Our Mission

Our mission is to translate technologies into time saved or time created for our Clients’ businesses by applying our knowledge of information technologies and practices to their businesses’ daily operations.

Our Clients

Our Clients are typically small businesses with around 50 employees or less. We’ve found that client businesses of this size, like ourselves, are incredibly dependent on complex information technology systems for their business to exist on a daily basis. Companies of this size simply cannot justify the costs associated with hiring, as internal staff, the expert resources needed to properly handle their information technologies.

Our Beliefs

We believe that only the geeks (that’s us) are interested in the technology on its own.  We believe that neither the Clients, nor their employees, share the geeks’ passion for technical widgets, but rather, they care about their businesses and doing their jobs.  We believe that our job is to help our clients do their jobs and run their businesses without them necessarily having to know about the technology that makes it possible.  Unless, of course, they ask. 

Our Expertise

From a technology perspective, there are many ways to accomplish any business objective, all of which have their pros and cons. Generally speaking, we are experts in technologies that operate in Microsoft programming and networking environments.  We demonstrate that expertise by applying the right technologies to a client’s business objectives. Being true geeks, we love to learn, and ultimately integrate, those technologies which have value to our clients. Whether in automating processes or educating staff to more efficient ways of using technology, our involvement results in enhanced productivity for the client. We also develop and implement “business continuity” strategies to ensure that a natural disaster (or human error) doesn’t result in a catastrophic disruption of the client’s business.

Our Value

The pace of technological change is absolutely staggering, to say the least. Whether it’s servers and computers, networks and firewalls, or widgets that don’t yet have common names…they all rise to significance, and sometimes tossed to the wayside in obsolescence, with amazing speed. Our value to our clients is an understanding of their unique business and how technology relates to them. By providing “big picture” analysis, along with daily support of the clients’ people and technology resources, we act as a “virtual” chief information officer enabling them to see a bit further into the future as a company. With exacting attention to detail, we watch the technology, both todays and tomorrows, so the client can focus on their core business.
